We are an owner-managed company and have been passionately developing solutions in the field of conference and presentation technology for 24 years.

As a system integrator, we work form our locations in Hamm, Bitburg and Erfurt throughout Europe and develop innovative technology, inspiring spaces and creative work environments. It is important to us to create a work environment in which everyone feels comfortable and can reach their full potential. Together, we work continuously to improve and grow.

Gerd Hansbuer und Torsten Refus gründen 2001 die Lucky Look OHG in Hamm.

2001

Gerd Hansbuer and Torsten Refus found the Lucky Look OHG in Hamm, Germany. Despite challenging times and an adverse economic climate at the turn of the millennium, they manage to look to the future with confidence, optimism and an adventurous spirit. In the following years, their distinctive name and relentless dedication enabled them to establish themselves on the market as a reliable and innovative provider of presentation technology and conference room equipment.

2006

Things are moving forwards! Lucky Look equips a conference room as a full-service provider for the first time and from that point on gains foothold in the project planning sector. In addition, the development and construction of the first Lucky Look™-MedienPults create the foundation for the company`s own MedienMöbel series.

In the following years, not only the commercial team grows, but a reliable service and technical
department consisting of highly qualified and motivated employees as well.

Lucky Look stattet ab 2006 zum ersten Mal einen Konferenzraum als Komplettanbieter aus und kann von da an Stück für Stück auch im Bereich der Projektplanung Fuß fassen.
Lucky Look erweitert 2011 Werkstatt- und Lagerbereich.

2011

Ten years of Lucky Look – what a milestone! A change of legal entity is carried out and Lucky Look OHG becomes today´s Lucky Look GmbH.

To be able to react more swiftly in the future and keep spare parts in stock, the workshop and warehouse areas are being expanded and the team keeps growing. The customer base continues to expand within Germany. The idea to expand becomes apparent.

2017

After detailed planning, the Bitburg branch is founded on January 1st, 2017. With a motivated team on site, goals can be achieved and the presence in the region strengthened.

In addition to the head office the second location further strengthens the new core competence in the field of standardized office and conference furniture.

Lucky Look

2020

We design work environments – The focus lies increasingly on comprehensive room concepts that include both technology and furniture. Aspects such as acoustics, lighting and ergonomics are incorporated into individual project planning. Close cooperations with interior designers, carpenters and a wide range of partners enable Lucky Look to offer an extensive range of services.

2024

The Erfurt sales office is launched. A network of new cooperation partners contributes to the entry into the field of museums and worlds of experience. Exciting solutions for multimedia applications in the exhibition sector complement the portfolio.
